Spicy Potatoes
(Lebanese Recipe)

1 kilo of cubed potatoesA teaspoon of cumin
Half a cup of chopped parsley for garnishNatural salt (To Taste)
A teaspoon of coarse corianderA teaspoon of paprika

Place the cubed potatoes in a pot and half-boil them for 10 minutes. Once the potatoes are cooked, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Immediately add the crushed garlic and onions to the oil and continue stirring for a few seconds.
When the onions turn golden, add the boiled cubed potatoes, the desired spices, and salt. It’s important to continue stirring the ingredients to distribute the spices evenly.
Cover the pan and let it simmer over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, so that the potatoes achieve the perfect tenderness and remain crispy and delicious.
Before serving the dish, you can sprinkle lemon juice over the potatoes and toss them, giving them an amazing flavor.
Serve the hot potatoes on a plate, garnish with chopped parsley on top for decoration, and enjoy your meal!
