Come join us as we prepare this sweet dish in a flat baking tray. We place the fish in it and brush it with oil, then arrange tomato slices, lemon slices, and peppers on top.
Now let’s prepare the filling, which consists of crushed garlic, chopped herbs, black pepper, and salt. We mix them and stuff the fish, making sure to tightly seal the edges to prevent any filling from leaking out.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Once it’s heated, add a little water just enough to cover the fish to aid in the cooking process. Then cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Let it cook until the water almost dries up, approximately.
Finally, serve the fish on a flat plate and garnish it with lemon slices. And there you have it, a quick and delicious dish.
