½ Kilo chopped chicken breasts2 onions chopped coarsely
2 green peppers, chopped2 coarsely chopped garlic cloves
A carrot sliced2 tomatoes sliced
A teaspoon of pepperSalt (to taste)
A teaspoon of nutmegCardamom

Two papers of bay leafA teaspoon of paprika

now we’re going to head into the kitchen and spend some time there. We’ll stay for a few moments, prepare the food, and that’s it!
In a deep dish, place the onions, garlic, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, and spices. Mix them well together. Then, add the chicken to the mixture, making sure it’s fully coated. Transfer everything into an oven tray.
Put the tray on medium heat, and pour a little boiling water onto it along with a spoonful of ghee. Let it come to a gentle boil and then lower the heat. Allow it to simmer until it’s fully cooked. Finally, place the tray under the broiler to give it a nice color. Enjoy your meal!

– Please place the meat in the freezer and the vegetables in the refrigerator if they are not prepared on the same day to avoid spoilage.

– The temperature of the fire must be maintained in accordance with the written procedure so that it does not interfere with the cooking of the ingredients.

– The spices, salt, and hot ingredients in the box can be used as desired or omitted entirely.
