Green Beans With Bulgur

½ kilo of green beansA cup of bulgur
¼ cup of oil½ cup of hot water
4 tomatoes cut into cubes2 chopped onions
Two tablespoons of tomato paste3 minced garlic cloves
Salt (to taste)A teaspoon of paprika

Let’s start by adding oil to a pot over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, stir, and let the ingredients cook for about 5 minutes until they wilt. Then, add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste and continue stirring. After 10 minutes or less, add the beans, salt, and paprika, and keep stirring. Let the pot simmer for about 15 minutes.
Once the beans are cooked, add water and bulgur, and stir. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 20 minutes until the beans and bulgur are fully cooked.
Now, serve it in a dish, and you can have it with a side salad or labneh. Enjoy the delicious Lebanese dish and bon appétit!
