Despite being easy to prepare, this is a light and nutritious meal for your family. Start by adding a small amount of oil to the frying pan and lightly sear the fish fillets. Once they are seared, remove them from the oil and set them aside.
In another pan, sauté the onion with a little bit of oil until it becomes translucent. Then, add the garlic and quickly sauté them before adding salt, black pepper, mixed spices, and cumin.
In a tray, spread the mixture and place the fish fillets on top. Cook everything on the stovetop for 5 minutes until it is cooked, then add tomato juice and hot pepper. Transfer the dish to a preheated oven and bake it for 15 minutes.
Serve the fish and garnish it with a sprinkle of chopped parsley, dill, and lemon for decoration. Now, the fish is ready to be served.
