This recipe is specially made for seafood lovers. It’s light and delicious. Let’s start by taking the minced fish and mixing it with onions, parsley, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Then, divide this mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into fingers or circular shapes, whichever you prefer.
Once you finish shaping the fish fingers, grill them on medium heat for about 5 or 6 minutes on each side in olive oil until they are cooked through. Remove the fingers from the oil and set them aside on a plate.
Now, let’s move on to the spicy sauce. Mix onions, salt, garlic, coriander, green pepper, spices, mushrooms, tomatoes, and the pasta bolognese sauce in a pot with 3 cups of water.
Keep this wonderful mixture on medium heat until it boils. Then, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
After that, gently add the fish fingers to the sauce to avoid breaking them. Let them cook for another 5 minutes on low heat and serve the dish with a sprinkle of parsley on top.
Enjoy your meal!
