2 pieces of Grouper fillet (300g per piece)½ teaspoon of fine ginger
½ teaspoon of white pepper½ teaspoon of dried coriander
Salt (to taste)4 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of crushed garlic1 lemon squeezed
A cup of waterLemon slices & chopped parsley for garnish

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Now, gather all the ingredients and mix them in a dish (ginger, white pepper, dried coriander, salt, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice).
Now let’s move on to the fish. Place it in an oven tray and use a brush to coat the fish pieces with the prepared mixture. Once done, pour a cup of water into the baking dish, but not directly over the fish. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and place it in the oven for 30 minutes.
Afterward, remove the aluminum foil and return the dish to the oven for another 15 minutes to allow the fish to develop a beautiful color and perfect doneness. You can garnish the dish with lemon slices and parsley or any other garnish of your choice. And there you have it, the recipe is complete!
