One kilo of chicken fillet5 Medium potatoes
2 Large garlic cloves2 Medium onions
 A green pepper, cut into cubesA red pepper, cut into cubes

A teaspoon of black pepperA piece of chicken stock

Let’s make a Spanish dish that everyone will love. Start by browning chicken breasts in oil.
Once cooked, cut them into cubes and set them aside. Then, boil the potatoes and cut them into round slices. Set them aside as well. Now you have two components waiting for their turn.
In the same oil, saute onions, garlic, green and red peppers. Stir everything for about a minute. Then add black pepper, stock cube, dill, mushrooms, and salt.
In the mixture we prepared, add the cubed chicken and stir it well. Reduce the heat and let all the ingredients cook together.
In a baking dish, layer half of the boiled potatoes at the bottom. Pour the chicken mixture on top, and then place the remaining potatoes. Pour cream over the top and place the dish in the oven. When you see the cream bubbling, remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Put it back in the oven until the cheese melts and turns golden brown. And there you have it, an authentic Spanish dish for your table.
