Here’s an easy method that won’t take more than an hour and a half to be ready on the table. Grab a deep frying pan and heat two tablespoons of olive oil. Add the diced vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir them well until they soften, then remove the frying pan from the heat.
In a pressure cooker, add two tablespoons of olive oil and saute the onion until it becomes translucent. Then, add the chicken pieces to the cooker and cook them for 10 minutes over medium heat until they brown slightly.
Next, add a cup of water, followed by the ground thyme, spices, salt, and finally, the cooked vegetables. Mix everything well, cover the pressure cooker, and keep it on high heat until it starts to whistle. Reduce the heat and let it cook for 25 minutes.

– Please place the meat in the freezer and the vegetables in the refrigerator if they are not prepared on the same day to avoid spoilage.
