2 tablespoons of chopped cauliflowerOlive oil

If you don’t have time, put olive oil in a pot and when it heats up, add the chopped cauliflower, spices, salt, cumin, black pepper, and tomato paste, a simple stir.
Then pour a cup of water and cover the pot over medium heat for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix cilantro with garlic and lemon and add them to the cauliflower. Cover the pot again and let it simmer until it reaches the desired tenderness… There’s nothing faster than that!
