4 pieces of chicken breast filletHalf a cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Half a teaspoon of minced garlicHalf a cup of ground rusk

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a small dish, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Dip the chicken breasts in melted butter, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture. Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread potato slices around the chicken breasts, and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until everything in the dish is cooked through. Once done, serve the dish on a plate and garnish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
