Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the vermicelli and stir until it turns golden brown. Then add the bulgur, salt, three cups of chicken broth, and tomato sauce. Let these ingredients simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and spices. In a separate medium-sized pan, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and fry it, flipping it on each side, for about 5 minutes.
