A quarter kilo of bulgur100 grams of chickpeas
200 grams of lentils100 grams of beans
A small cup of olive oil2 chopped onions
Two tablespoons of tomato paste3 minced garlic cloves

Let’s get started with some olive oil. Heat it in a deep pot, then add onions and garlic. Saute them for a bit, then add bulgur, chickpeas, fava beans, and lentils along with two liters of water (a large bottle of water). Let the ingredients come to a boil.
After half an hour, add tomato paste, harissa, and spices. Stir them well and let them cook for 5 minutes. Then, add the vegetables: carrots, turnips, and peas.
When the vegetables are almost tender, add spinach, chard, celery, and parsley. After 5 minutes, remove the pot from the heat and add lemon juice. Serve it in a deep serving dish.
